Is the Aggies 2023 roster the most talented Aggies roster ever?

Texas A&M football dates back 129 years, and has seen a lot of high level football players. One of the common narratives going into the 2022 college football season was that Jimbo Fisher’s Aggies had one of the most talented rosters in college football, and despite a significant number of transfer portal exits, that will likely be the case in 2023 as well.

Just how talented is the 2023 Aggies Football roster?

Well 26 of the top-100 recruits in the history of the Texas A&M program (since 247 started ranking prospects) are set to be on the 2023 roster.

With an average of 20-30 recruits per class, and 247sports ranking recruits going back to 2000, there are between 500-750 A&M commitments in their database.

Let’s check out the 26 who go along way towards making this potentially the most talented Aggies team ever.
