Adrian Killins accounted for 179 yards of total offense in UCF's 40-13 win against Memphis including one play that will be remembered for years to come: An electrifying school-record 96-yard touchdown run late in the first half that in many ways broke the Tigers' back. He added another touchdown in the receiving game too.

On Monday, the Volusia County native was named the American Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

"I have to give credit to my o-line," Killins said. "Without them, I could have never got Offensive Player of the Week. I didn't find out until I got out of practice. The offensive line congratulated me, but I had to thank them. Without them pancaking guys and doing what they do every day in practice, I could have never gotten that accomplishment."

Much like his head coach, Killins tried to deflect any talk of UCF being a top 25 now.

"The rankings are great, but at the end of the day we're trying to go game-by-game," Killins said. "Just trying to win every game we can... We're not really looking at the rankings."
