Aaron Rodgers brings holiday cheer to local kids
For all the drama and pain swirling around Green Bay this time of year, from a bounced coach to a team eliminated from the playoffs, it’s nice to see that the face of the team steps up and gives a bit of time to some kids who could use some love.
#Packers QB @AaronRodgers12 surprised 150 kids from various groups around Wisconsin with a special evening on Monday.
Rodgers signed autographs for each child & also made a $100 donation in each of their names to the Salvation Army. #PackersGiveBack pic.twitter.com/JGLvClPLEB

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers visited with about 150 kids from various charitable organizations for a pizza party and autograph session, signing everything from photos to balls to jerseys. He also donated $100 in every kid’s name to the Salvation Army and brought a whole lot of smiles to a whole lot of young fans.
Great moment for the holiday season, regardless of what’s going on for Green Bay out there on the field.
