Biggest storyline: In addition to getting back into the state playoffs and playing deeper into November, the Thunder will be Ohio players in 2019. They have a 361-mile trek to Norwood OH (suburban Cincinnati) in week three.
Names to watch this season: OL/DL Hans Goll (Sr.), RB/DB Elijah Pena (Sr. ) and QB Ryan Zinnen (Sr.)
Biggest holes to fill: Some of the key areas appear to be on the offensive and defensive lines.
EDGY's Early Take: Woodstock North's returning starters on 'D are centered in the secondary. On offense, the skill positions have several back as well. Coach Schroeder has been the coach of Woodstock North since the program's inception (2009). The Thunder's win totals since 2014 have hovered in the 4-6 territory. Can the team break free into the 7-8 win range? And possibly a playoff win or two?
