7 player connections between Cardinals, Ravens

The Arizona Cardinals will face the Baltimore Ravens Sunday night at State Farm Stadium for their second preseason game. There will be familiar faces for both teams.

The Cardinals have some former Ravens and the Ravens have some former Cardinals players.

Ravens LB Josh Bynes

Bynes played for the Cardinals in 2017 and 2018. He mostly played special teams in 2017 and was a starter in 2018.

Ravens DL Calais Campbell

Campbell enters his third season with the Ravens. He was originally drafted by the Cardinals in the second round in 2008 and played here for nine seasons, making two Pro Bowls.

Ravens S Tony Jefferson

Jefferson played four seasons for the Cardinals after making the team as an undrafted rookie in 2013. He signed with the Ravens in 2017 and is back for his second stint with the team.

Cardinals TE Maxx Williams

Williams enters his fourth season with the Cardinals after playing four seasons in Baltimore. He was drafted in the second round by the Ravens in 2015.

Cardinals WR Marquise Brown

Brown was a first-round pick of the Ravens in 2019. He played there for three seasons before he was traded to the Cardinals on the night of the first round of the 2022 NFL draft.

Cardinals QB Trace McSorley

McSorley, who will start the game at quarterback this weekend for the Cardinals, was signed by the Cardinals last season off Baltimore’s practice squad. He was drafted in the sixth round in 2019 by the Ravens.

Cardinals WR Antoine Wesley

Wesley spent two seasons with the Ravens after signing with them as an undrafted rookie in 2019. He was on their practice squad in 2019 and on injured reserve in 2020.
