5 things to watch as the Eagles begin Phase 3 of offseason workouts

The Eagles announced a modified offseason program after new head coach Nick Sirianni met with some of his players in leadership positions.

Sirianni has pushed all the right buttons thus far and he’ll have the bulk of his team in place for the start of Phase 3 of the Eagles offseason workouts over the next two weeks.

Here are five things to watch.

Zach Ertz a no-show

Ertz won't be in attendance for any of the Eagles' offseason workouts, and he wasn't the only player missing on Day 1. Fletcher Cox was among those not in attendance. https://twitter.com/Jeff_McLane/status/1397214073155117057

DeVonta Smith knows his role from Day 1, but the next two weeks will allow some of the rookies to develop good practice habits while engulfing themselves in the Eagles culture. With Fletcher Cox, Brandon Graham and Darius Slay currently not in attendance, Tarron Jackson, Milton Williams, and Zech McPhearson will get extra attention.
