Elite five-star class of 2024 defensive back recruit Charles Lester III has named his top 10 schools. Lester III considers Georgia, Florida State, Florida, Alabama, Michigan State, Oregon, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Michigan and USC to be his top schools.
Lester plays both wide receiver and defensive back, but is considered more of a defensive back prospect at the next level. Lester plays high school football for Riverview High School in Sarasota, Florida.
Georgia Bulldogs co-defensive coordinator Will Muschamp offered the scholarship to Lester III in January 2022. The lengthy cornerback has received offers from Alabama, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State among others.
The four-star defensive back has been invited to the 2024 Under Armour All-America Game. He recently visited Alabama, FSU and Florida.
The Riverview star is 6 feet, 2 inches, 170 pounds and is rated the No. 3 cornerback in his class and the No. 7 recruit in Florida. Here’s a look at one of Lester’s top interceptions from last season:
