Jimmy Garoppolo indeed will suit up for the 49ers, but he won't have his best offensive lineman in front of him. Trent Williams will be out for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium.

Williams has been battling an elbow injury, and will not be able to take the field as the 49ers hope to clinch a playoff spot against a Rams team looking to lock up the NFC West title. Defensive back K'Waun Williams also will not play after entering the reserve/COVID-19 list this week.

LA also revealed its inactives for Sunday's game, which do not include running back Cam Akers, who will be making his season debut Sunday after tearing his Achilles in July.
