ARIK ARMSTEAD: Coronavirus, I think, is affecting my life as it's affecting, you know, kind of everybody right now. Just a lot of things are on hold. A lot of things are kind of up in the air, and we're just taking it day by day.

Oh yes. Yes. Those plans are kind of messed up. But, you know, it's not the end of the world. A lot of people are dealing with more issues than just a wedding. So you know, it is what it is.

Yes. In fact, today, you know, I had to make some adjustments with gyms and things being closed. So I've done some in-home workouts. Luckily, I have a trainer out here putting me through some good work. Not being around a bunch of people, so I'm trying to find new ways to keep going. I'm currently in Florida right now, so that was my plan to start training out here. And it's where my trainer's at, so I'm kind of camped out out here right now.

I mean, there's only so much you can do. I mean, got to get your heart rate up and try to break a sweat, really.

I've finished "Ozark." There's a new show that I finished, first season out, called "ZeroZeroZero," which is amazing. I'm watching "Little Fires Everywhere." I watched "Tiger King." Favorite character? I mean, Joe Exotic.

My favorite character from "Ozark?" I mean, I like Marty. Marty's the party, so.

You see I've got this hat on, so it's been a little minute. Probably going on, like, three weeks or something, three or four weeks.

Yeah, I play "FIFA" and I just download the new "Call of Duty," so I'm going to check that out. I was just playing "FIFA" before I got on the phone with you, so-- I was up 2-0 in the middle of the game and I quit so I could get on the phone with you. So--

I've been using Belgium right now. I like Hazard and De Bruyne and Lukaku, so I've been playing a lot of Belgium right now. And then my other-- my club team is usually PSG.

I've been working on some things on the philanthropy side, non-profit side. I've got a lot more work to do, but, you know, I guess I'd say I'm proud of that.

Yeah, just looking at how I can kind of have an impact. And the virus going around is affecting our economy. And you know, Sacramento is made up of small businesses, mainly restaurants. And so, you know, they employ a lot of people and they are a big part of our community. A lot of hard times on everybody, but especially these businesses which kind of make up our city. And if they go under, you know, it's probably going to have a big impact on our community. So trying to keep them afloat throughout this time.

I'm sort of just trying to think of ways to help the economy in Sacramento and I'm trying to encourage people to dine out and get delivery food from their local restaurants. And, you know, I'm going to reward them with game tickets and signed memorabilia, a chance to win those items. So I'm just trying to have an impact here.

Oh, you can just go on my Instagram, all the information's there. You can go to ArikArmstead91.com, there's more information. And you just-- you know, it's really simple. You get your food, you tag me, you tag #EAT91SIX and take a picture of your food and post it, and you automatically get entered for a chance to win some prizes.

Yeah, we got a lot of traction. Got a bunch of story posts and a bunch of tweets, too. You know, it's kind of fun for me because I'm excited to get back to Sacramento when all this is over and try some great food that I didn't even know about. And there's a bunch of great companies doing a bunch of great things, making it really easy for people to get fresh food quickly and safely. So--
