The TikTok wall split challenge has been going strong for weeks and it’s got a new recruit: Nicole Scherzinger.
The singer dropped a video on Instagram (and, ya know, TikTok) of herself casually doing an inverted split with the help of a wall and she makes it look super easy. In it, the 44-year-old puts one foot against a wall in a gym, spins around, balances on her hands, and adds in a little knee bend at the end. She’s working a gorgeous floral-print leggings and bra set, and her abs, arms, and legs look 🔥 .
“Sometimes you need to stretch yourself to the limit,” she wrote in the caption. “This was a fun one to try! 🤸🏽♀️”
People cheered her on in the comments. “It’s giving strong and flexible af 💪🏽👏🏽,” one person wrote, while another simply said, “😮No way.”
FWIW, Nicole recently went to VivaMayr, the swanky wellness retreat that Rebel Wilson and Liz Hurley frequent, and she’s dropped all kinds of snapshots from her trip.
In another post, Nicole can be seen wakeboarding like a pro.
Nicole leads an active lifestyle, but she’s also really into yoga. (Seriously, just check out her Instagrams.) One of her most recent impressive yoga-stagrams features Nicole doing a bunch of poses in front of stunning scenery while on breaks from a hike with her boyfriend, Thom Evans.
Another go-to exercise in Nicole’s wellness arsenal? Jogging. She shared an Instagram video in June from her jog around a jaw-droppingly gorgeous lake for her birthday.
"Feeling so overwhelmed with Gratitude and Love as I approach another year around the sun. Taking a jog around one of the most beautiful places in the world, is just what I needed to be with nature and Akua, before the birthday celebrations begin. This. Is. My. Happy. Place. 🙏🏽🤍," she wrote.
Food-wise, Nicole tries to eat a healthy, balanced diet. That means starting her day with yogurt, granola, and green juice, followed by a lunch of a salad with turkey, cheese, and avocado, she told People.
Dinner might be gluten-free pasta, followed by chocolate truffles for dessert. “I don’t deprive myself of anything,” she said. “I have everything in moderation.”
BRB: Gotta learn how to do a split.
