2023 Prospects: Jaquavious Russaw’s Recruiting Profile

Next up in our series is four-star edge rusher and linebacker Jaquavious Russaw from Montgomery, Alabama. Russaw is a fast and strong edge rusher who typically rushes the passer from a standing position. He can play linebacker as well, so he could some versatility to whatever team he chooses to play for at the collegiate level.

Auburn has offered 21 different edge rushers in the 2023 class, none of whom have committed to play at the Plains jus yet. This would be a particularly big get for Auburn, though, as Russaw is considered by some to be one of the best prospects in the state and is currently “warm” toward Alabama according to 247Sports. Russaw would be a steal for the Tigers, so be sure to watch him as he narrows down his list of schools.
