The 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone represents the pinnacle of pickup truck luxury from the Japanese automaker, meant to be the competitor to vehicles such as the F-150 Limited and Silverado High Country. Available only as a crew cab with the 5.5-foot bed, the Capstone gets additional visual flair in the form of a unique grille with a body-color surround and chrome mesh, as well as extra chrome trim and a chrome Tundra logo on the tailgate. It gets the largest wheels offered on a Tundra at 22-inches in diameter, too. Inside it features a unique black-and-white semi-aniline leather upholstery, open pore walnut wood trim and an illuminated Capstone logo. Besides the flashy parts, the Capstone comes standard with just about everything, such as a panoramic sunroof, adaptive suspension, the high-output twin-turbo hybrid V6, large instrument and infotainment displays and power running boards, among many other features. The Capstone goes on sale this spring. Pricing isn't available, but expect it to be the most expensive Tundra model offered.
