2022 5-Star Alabama LB target Harold Perkins de-commits from Texas A&M

Alabama’s 2022 recruiting class may gain another five-star recruit as linebacker Harold Perkins announced today that he would be de-committing from Texas A&M.

The Texas-native linebacker holds offers from the nation’s biggest programs: Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Miami, Oregon and others.

Perkins originally committed to the Aggies on Jan. 2 of this year and just over three weeks later has reopened his recruiting.

He shared the news to his Twitter, stating that it was an extremely difficult decision and has already set a date for him to announce his new commitment. Alabama should certainly still be in the mix to land Perkins, but nothing public has been said.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to follow Perkins throughout his continued recruiting process.
