NFL free agency officially opened Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET when the 2019 league year began, and with it came the announcement of many contracts and trades that had been agreed to over the last week.
This is an important time for teams as they plan for the 2019 campaign. Free agency is a great place to fill roster holes and address team needs with veteran players. Teams that lose players and/or don't fix roster weaknesses in free agency could face additional pressure to hit a home run (or two) in the upcoming 2019 NFL Draft.
With a flurry of activity taking place over the last week, including the last two days during the legal tampering peirod, let's take a look at the early winners and losers of NFL free agency.
