Leetsdale (Pa.) Quaker Valley doesn't typically produce Division I prospects, but slot receiver and cornerback Isaiah McNair has the potential to make that grade if he continues to improve in coming months. McNair is listed as a cornerback, but I like him more on the offensive side of the ball, where he consistently creates separation against quality defensive backs.

29. Bryce Ramer - Beaver

Beaver (Pa.) offensive lineman Bryce Ramer has size that you can't teach at 6-foot-5 and 303 pounds. It can be difficult playing in Beaver County, where Ramer had to match up against 2017 Michigan signee Donovan Jeter and a slew of other talented defensive linemen. Today, Ramer is a raw player and a prospect who needs to work hard on many technical aspects of the game, but he could develop into a solid guard if he can maximize his potential.

Wexford (Va.) North Allegheny offensive tackle Derek Devine is another prominent WPIAL offensive line prospect with ideal size - Devine checks in at 6-foot-6 and 280 pounds. Also like Ramer, he's committed to Virginia. Devine is somewhat more technically polished and has the higher upside of the two.

Tevin Thrift is on the smaller side of the range you'd like to see for Division I prospects, but the slippery slot-back can make exciting plays happen in the open field. Norwin will need him to generate significant amounts of offense this season both catching and running the football. Thrift excels most at making players miss before getting upfield, but his size is a concern at the next level when defenders can get their hands on him.

26. Brandon Lipford - West Allegheny

Another speedy, but undersized prospect who can make magic happen with the football in his hands, Imperial (Pa.) West Allegheny wide receiver Brandon Lipford will have the spotlight on him this fall with Kenny White's transfer to Pine Richland. Lipford has strong hands and consistent footwork, making him a weapon in the open field and in moving the chains for his team. However, Lipford is not as big as his listed height and weight and will need to add significant muscle mass to be ready for the next level.
