A top IU target still plans to visit Bloomington for Hoosier Hysteria.
New Albany (Ind.) High five-star guard Romeo Langford has already visited UCLA and Vanderbilt officially, and has trips planned to Indiana, Kansas and North Carolina.
Kansas and UNC have both been scheduled previously to be officials, and prospects can take up to five. Indiana was originally planned to be an unofficial for Hoosier Hysteria since it's nearby - freeing up one official for a school further away - but if these are the only five schools Langford plans to visit, it could make sense to go ahead and make IU his fifth official.
“Coach (Archie) Miller has really pushed the whole Indiana deal about I’m from Indiana and the history and what it would be like if I go there," Langford told Rivals.com. "It could be an incredible experience.
"I really don’t feel pressure. I do know I’m from Indiana and people will expect a lot out of me because they know all about me but I’m not worried about that.”
At USA Basketball's Developmental Camp, Langford was also asked by Yahoo! about college basketball's recent recruiting scandal.
"I really don’t want to go to a school that’s doing illegal stuff,” Langford said. “I want to make sure that everything is clean.
"That’s the main thing with my family, make sure everyone is straight up, not lying or not having anything happen behind closed doors.”
