David Michael Ford
Age: 35.
Description: 5-foot-7 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Registered address: 2300 block of Fawcett Avenue, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 2013 of sexual exploitation of a minor in Pierce County for having sexual communications with girls ages 15-17, who he reportedly extorted for photos and videos. Convicted in 2019 of second-degree extortion with sexual motivation in Pierce County for sexually extorting a 29-year-old woman.
Sex offender treatment: Ford has not participated in a sex offender treatment program.

Registered address: 1400 block of East 31st Street, Tacoma.
Criminal history: Convicted in 1990 of first-degree child rape in Spokane County for sexually assaulting 9-year-old twin boys. Convicted in 1994 of second-degree rape in Spokane County for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Sex offender treatment: Rushton has participated in a sex offender treatment program.
