      <description>Sophia Young scored 20 points, including seven during a decisive third-quarter run, and the San Antonio Silver Stars defeated the Chicago Sky 78-67 Thursday. The Silver Stars (17-8) moved ahead of idle Seattle into first place in the Western Conference. Erin Buescher came off the bench to add 13 for San Antonio before running into a hard screen set by Chasity Melvin with 3:02 left in the game.</description>

Jia Perkins had 13 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists for the Sky (8-15), which won for the third time in five games after losing its previous four. Chasity Melvin added 13 points and seven rebounds while Quianna Chaney scored 11 for Chicago.</description>

Sharp had 12, Candice Dupree had 11 and rookie Quianna Chaney added a career-high 10 for Chicago (7-14), which won for just the second time in seven games.</description>
