SEATTLE (TICKER) —The Seattle Storm look to wrap up their first playoff series victory when they host the Minnesota Lynx on Monday at KeyArena.

The second-seeded team in the Western Conference, Seattle took the opener of the best-of-three series Saturday, 70-58. Lauren Jackson scored 14 en route to Seattle’s first playoff win in the franchise’s five-year history.

Rookie Nicole Ohlde scored 17 points for the Lynx in the opening-game loss. Ohlde continued to pick up the slack in the absence of Katie Smith, Minnesota’s leading scorer who was lost to injury over the Olympic break.

Including her effort in Game One, Ohlde has averaged over 15 points per game since Smith left the lineup.

After their win in the series opener, the Storm had taken three of their four meetings with the Lynx this year. With a victory Monday, Seattle will advance to the Western Conference finals to meet the winner of the Sacramento-Los Angeles series finale Tuesday.
