March 3 -- When the LA Dodgers play the Chicago White Sox - Wednesday - tomorrow - in Arizona for the first spring training game - many fans in LA won't be watching. For a 2nd consecutive year - a dispute over the subscriber fees sought by Time Warner Cable - which operates the Dodgers' SportNet LA, is blacking out games to more than 60% of LA-area viewers.
