However despite the hobby’s recent proliferation, daily fantasy football will need to take a ‘bye’ on Super Bowl Sunday. Being a one-off game, the Superbowl violates the "skill based on statistics" exclusion of daily fantasy leagues in The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006.
