Loyola University Chicago and Mississippi State met in a historic game in 1963, called 'The Game of Change'. The players of Mississippi State were forced to sneak out of their state and travel to East Lansing, Michigan to play Loyola in the NCAA Tournament. The first time the all-white school played against a team of African Americans.
