New Balance Field: A New Era for Boston University Athletics

This fall marks the first season of Boston University's membership in the Patriot League. With a new era of competition on the horizon, the BU field hockey team finally has a home field to call their own. Coach Sally Starr and her players have spent more than 10 years as vagabonds, taking on visiting teams at other university campuses in Boston. Thanks to New Balance and other generous donors, the west end of the BU campus now houses one of the best fields in the country.
