Ade: What Judge Roy Moore forgot is what is entrenched in our Constitution, and that is the idea of the "Supremacy Clause" which stated that all Federal Laws shall be supreme over all State Laws. The Founding Fathers put in the Constitution for a reason. They understood that states may act in ways that are detrimental to their citizens. And we've seen examples of that. Jim Crow Laws and the most recent efforts at Voter Suppression comes to mind. The Southern States cannot just follow the part of the Constitution they like. They are either bound by all the provisions of the United States Constitution, or secede as some of them, including my home state of Texas have threatened to do. This is why I and most of my fellow African Americans have voted Democratic Party since the 1960s. Because, while the Republican Party have been a Party of Exclusion, the Democratic Party at least, have tried to be a Party of Inclusion. Classic example: Look at Donald J. Trump's crowd and look at Hillary Clinton's. Given our history, I will take inclusion over exclusion any day.
