FILE - In this Oct. 20, 2014, file photo, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell (26) carries the ball during the first half of the NFL football game against the Houston Texans, in Pittsburgh. An Allegheny County judge accepted Bell into a first offenders program on Friday, Feb. 6, 2015 stemming from an arrest on charges of marijuana possession and driving under the influence with former teammate LeGarrette Blount on Aug. 20, 2014. The program requires Bell to spend 15 months on probation and have his driver's license suspended for 60 days, but under terms of the program, he can petition the court to have his arrest record expunged if he completes the probation without incident.(AP Photo/Gene J.
