    Hollingshead and another person were standing on the icy Bush Turnpike shoulder Jan. 6 helping a fellow motorist when they were struck by another car. Hollingshead, police officers at the scene later estimated, flew 30 feet and hit the guardrail, then concrete. He suffered fractures of the C2, C5 and C6 vertebrae of his cervical spine. Midfielder Victor Ulloa, who missed the first several weeks of the season after undergoing sports hernia surgery, also returned to training last week.
