Milan Squad Helping Leonardo - Alexandre Pato
Milan forward Alexandre Pato commented on his side’s 1-1 draw against Spanish giants Real Madrid on Tuesday evening in the fourth matchday of the Champions League.
The Rossoneri proved that they are on the right track and the team now just needs to continue on the current road to do well for the remainder of the season.
“We’re happy to be ahead in the Champions League group,” declared the young Brazilian to Milan Channel.
“Milan are playing well and we hope to continue doing so also in the next two games which await us at the end of the group. Tonight both Milan and Real Madrid played well, we’re just sorry for the goal they disallowed me.
“With Ronaldinho I feel fine on the pitch, I’m happy for his goal and the great performance of tonight. This is Leonardo’s Milan and the entire squad is ready to help the coach, trying to give their best.”
Milan’s next match is in Serie A against the struggling Lazio at the Olimpico stadium of Rome in the 12th matchday of Serie A.
