Karim Benzema Will Be A Real Madrid Success - Zinedine Zidane
Zinedine Zidane believes that Karim Benzema will become a great player at Real Madrid as the 21-year-old continues to grow in stature after his summer move from Olympique Lyonnais.
French legend Zidane is back at the Santiago Bernabeu in an ambassadorial role and likes what he has seen from his compatriot in the current team.
Benzema has not found the net as regularly as many may have expected, but Zidane thinks that could be down to his position in the side and a period of adaptation.
"On the field, he is developing well, perhaps he's a little isolated. But he is gradually showing his qualities," Zidane was quoted as saying by AS.
"I am convinced that he is going to do well."
Against Milan in the Champions League in midweek, Benzema saw his stock rise as he put the visitors to the San Siro ahead with a well taken goal.
