Croatia 5-0 Liechtenstein: Eduardo Nets Twice As Croats Run Riot
Croatia thrashed European minnows Liechtenstein in front of a partisan crowd at Vincovci.
The hosts went 1-0 up through Mate Bilic after less than a minute of play after he was put through on goal by Drage Gabrica.
Ten minutes later Darijo Srna had doubled the Croats' advantage with a free-kick, and then Arsenal's Eduardo made it three with a header midway through the first half.
There were only two more goals, Eduardo and Bilic each adding to their tally within two minutes of each other at the start of the second period.
For Bilic it was a triumphant second appearance, while no fewer than three other Croatia players - Gabric, Danijel Subasic and Tomislav Dujmovic - made their debuts.
