Chygrynskiy: Barcelona Had To Bounce Back After Champions League Frustration
Dmytro Chygrynskiy believes that Barcelona had to beat Real Mallorca in order to put the stalemate frustration against Rubin Kazan in midweek behind them.
After drawing a blank in the Champions League on Wednesday, the Blaugrana netted four upon their return to league action and the Ukrainian defender was pleased.
"Those were three important points, because we were all a bit down after the result in Kazan," he was quoted as saying by the club's official website.
While adapting to the style of play at Barca and the new league, Chygrynskiy revealed that he is working hard to pick up both of the languages spoken at the club.
"I'm learning Spanish as quickly as I can, because it's very important to understand my team-mates. That's why I'm doing an hour of class every day," he explained.
"I'm looking to be able to speak the language in a couple of months, then start learning Catalan."
