Atletico Madrid's Antonio Lopez And Cleber Santana Frustrated By Real Madrid Loss
Atletico Madrid lost yet another derby against their rivals, and after the game, Antonio Lopez and Cleber Santana spoke of their disappointment.
Speaking to AS after the match, Lopez said, "Despite the loss, we have a good feeling because we came so close."
"It is frustrating that we always seem to lose, whether we play well or not.
"Kaka's goal was tremendous, and we really could not do anything about it."
Cleber Santana then offered his opinions, stating, "Derbies are always decided by small details."
"We reacted well after going 3-0 down, but could not equalize. We must lift our heads and work harder.
"We knew that we had to be careful in the early minutes and that we could not concede a goal, but Madrid achieved it."
