Alessandro Nesta & Andrea Pirlo Hail Milan's Positive Momentum
Milan duo Alessandro Nesta and Andrea Pirlo are singing songs of praise because of their team's good form.
The Rossoneri are enjoying a steady climb up the summit both in Europe and in Serie A, despite a less than perfect start to the season.
"We were in difficulty against Real Madrid in the first half, but then we reacted well in the second half," Nesta told Tuttosport.
"The game could have ended with any result. We really like this new system. The team ticks like it should, and Ronaldinho is getting back to his best."
Pirlo echoed his team-mate, adding, "We played a really good game in front of our fans, reacting well after going [a goal] down. We have changed our tact compared to last year, and we are seeing the results.
"Ronaldinho is doing really well and we will begin to have fun again on the pitch."
