Admittedly he's not the first footballer to do it, but Stoke City midfielder Jermaine Pennant has truly mastered the art of automotive subtlety by getting his Aston Martin DBS resprayed in chrome. Defacing a $200,000 car in this manner isn't cheap, but it's certainly a more convenient way of attracting attention than shouting "LOOK AT ME!" at everyone you drive past.

The extra-dark window tinting also is a good idea. Not only can the Stoke footballer easily hide his next model girlfriend from his current one, but he can live in his own filth with impunity — this is the front seat of his old Ferrari.
