Women's boxing makes Olympic debut

FILE - In this Sept. 20, 2000, file photo, Tom Mustin, head coach of the U.S. boxing team, watches ringside as light welterweight Richardo Williams fight Australia's Henry Collins at the Summer Olympic Games in Sydney. Mustin, Al Mitchell and Basheer Abdullah weren't interested in teaching women to box back when they led three of the last four U.S. men's teams to the Olympics. All three men changed their opinions of the women's game, and now they're all chasing new Olympic dreams in the corners of female fighters at the first women's team trials.
