About the project, Margaret Sanger was quoted as saying, “We do not want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten that idea out if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” -Hillary Clinton- After referring to urban youths as “super predators with no conscious and no empathy” suggested that rather than understand how poverty and social exclusion may have led children to make certain choices, it is more important to first “bring them to heel” meaning the full extent of the law. -Bill Clinton- After giving Senator J. William Fulbright the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1993 and dedicating a monument in his honor, he referred to Fulbright as “my mentor.” Among other things, Clinton said, "If [Fulbright] were here today, I'm sure he would caution us not to be too Utopian in our expectations, but rather Utopian in our values and vision." The $100,000 sculpture was the final [expenditure] of an $850,000 fund raising campaign for a project to honor Fulbright. The $750,000 fountain was dedicated October 24, 1998." Senator Fulbright was an avid and open KKK Member and segregationist. -Bill Clinton- “For those who commit violent crimes repeatedly, we have made “three strikes and you’re out” the law of the land”. -Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice- "If one were writing a law to deliberately target blacks, one could scarcely have done it more effectively than “three strikes" .
