Top 10 2013 NBA free agents

Every summer there is always one marquee NBA free agent who has the league waiting on him to make a decision. This year, it's Dwight Howard, who spent the past season with the Los Angeles Lakers, but could be on the move again.

"He's going to control everything," one NBA general manager said of Howard. "That's the nature of free agency. He's the bigwig this year."

Here's a look at the top 10 free agents to watch when the market officially opens at 12:01 a.m. ET Monday.

Players can't officially sign contracts until July 10. Teams with restricted free agents will have three days to match another team's offer sheet. Here's a team-by-team list of this year's free agents.
