Meant to be the tallest residential building in the E.U., Spain's InTempo building has been beleaguered with construction setbacks. After stretching the original design to 47 storeys, architects seemingly forgot to make room for an elevator shaft in the upper floors.  The building remains unfinished in Benidorm, Spain.
