FILE - This Oct. 1, 2012 file photo shows Detroit Pistons guard Corey Maggette during the Pistons NBA media day at their training facility in Auburn Hills, Mich. Maggette was acquired by the Pistons in a pre-draft deal that sent Ben Gordon to Charlotte. The trade saved Detroit about $15 million in salary, and the 32-year-old Maggette arrives with one year left on his contract.
