Pascual Perez (May 17, 1957-Nov. 1, 2012) --
During a troubled 11-year career playing for the Braves, Pirates, Expos and Yankees, Perez posted a 67-68 record. He was twice suspended for drug use and once missed a start because he missed an exit to Atlanta Fulton County Stadium and spent two hours circling the park. He was killed in an apparent robbery attempt at his home in the Dominican Republic.
