Jeff Blatnick (June 26, 1957-Oct. 24, 2012) --
In his 55 years, Blatnick won a Division II national championship in wrestling, fought and beat Hodgkins Disease, won an Olympic gold medal and served as a commissioner for the UFC. He is even credited with coming up with the term Mixed Martial Arts. He died of heart failure.
