JOSEPH: A barking dog does not bite. The dangerous dog is the one that silently makes its way to you and then bites you in the throat when you're unaware. The name of the game for North Korea's dictators is survival and they do that by the intimidation and starvation of their people and threats to their neighbors. I think that the US strategy is exactly the right one. It shown its overwhelming superiority but brings it very slowly to the fore. The anxiety level in Pyongyang must be at a fever's pitch and if it continues their government will collapse of its own evil and fear.
