Fans have mixed reactions to Adrian Peterson

The Minnesota Vikings decided Friday afternoon after the indictment of Adrian Peterson for injury to a child that he would not play Sunday against the New England Patriots.

How long might Peterson be out?

According to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio, who spoke with Vikings general manager Rick Spielman, all options are on the table. The possibility exists, too, that the Vikings could part ways completely with Peterson as early as Sunday night, although several reports seem to indicate that the Vikings are not likely to cut him at this time.
