Familiar faces in new places: Landing spots for name-brand free agents

Mark Sanchez: New team, Eagles
After five seasons with the Jets, Sanchez will be out of the spotlight, backing up Nick Foles. The former first-round pick didn’t throw a pass in a regular-season game last season, but does have plenty of starting experience if he’s needed to fill in at some point.

NFL free agency means big-money deals for players and teams trying to fill holes. The initial wave of free agency saw more than $1 billion in contracts handed out. In pursuit of the best chance at winning or the most money, several players flipped from one side of a rivalry to the other. Trades have also been a part of the landscape as teams addressed needs before May's draft.
