David Stockton's big game - Presented by DISH

LAS VEGAS --- The surest sign Tuesday was Gonzaga's night came 12 minutes into the first half of the Zags' 75-64 victory over BYU in the WCC title game.

It was then that 5-foot-11 David Stockton recorded a block that would have made Dikembe Mutombo proud.

When BYU guard Anson Winder attacked the rim in transition and attempted a scoop layup, Stockton came over from the weak side and swatted it out of bounds. It was the ninth block of the senior guard's career, and undoubtedly the most powerful.
