Battle of the sexes: U.S. men vs. U.S. women

Though Shaun White didn’t medal, U.S. snowboarding still dazzled the Sochi crowds (and those of us on couches around the world). Sage Kotsenberg became the first guy to win gold in snowboarding slopestyle; Jamie Anderson was the first woman. Kaitlyn Farrington took the gold in the women’s snowboarding halfpipe, and Kelly Clark snagged the bronze.
