Canada Thwarts Al Qaeda Terror Plot Against Passenger Trains

The RCMP have arrested two men, Chiheb Esseghaier and Raed Jaser, and charged them with plotting to carry out a terrorist attack. The alleged plot was to target Via Rail and Amtrak trains on the Toronto to New York route.
