A few links to get you through the day ...
If you won two gold medals what would you do? If you're Bradley Wiggins, who won two cycling golds in Beijing, you roll over the front of a taxi cab. The excited Brit didn't get into any trouble though, he just showed the driver his medals and took some pictures. It must feel good to be an Olympic champion. [Telegraph]

The Brits are winning in Sprint and Pursuit, which are track cycling event and totally different from road biking. The UK women did win the road race and time trial. But the men did not do so well. UK is a flat country and the mountainous Tour De France is dominated by climbers and time trial guys. The Brits have some good riders. But to win the tour de france... well that's the ultimate road race that everyone shoots for.
