Fourth-Place Medal, a Yahoo! Sports blog covering the Summer Olympics in Beijing

In 2004, Raj Bhavsar did not make the men's gymnastics team even though he turned in beautiful performances at both the trials and U.S. nationals. This year, the same thing happened, and Bhavsar was screwed again. Choosing to stay classy, Bhavsar did not blast USA Gymnastics when other gymnasts, who had not been as strong, made the team. Instead, he said: "No extrinsic reward would take away what I accomplished." The high road paid off. With Paul Hamm out of the games with an injury, Bhavsar finally has a place on the team. Today, we spell redemption R-A-J.
