Fourth-Place Medal, a Yahoo! Sports blog covering the Summer Olympics in Beijing

Hot off the presses from Beijing ... President Bush was so pumped up with national pride after watching Michael Phelps earn his first gold medal, that he obviously couldn't see straight.

Have no fear the 'Bush Olympic tour' continues. Put your best caption ideas down below ...

After the jump, The First Lady attempts to straighten him out.

*Oh no, something else for the people to pick on Dad about,* Miss Bush thinks to herself as she looks strangely at her father.
"Oh, here, George. In your excitment, you picked up the flag backwards. Let me help you get it right." Mrs. Bush says to her husband.

Thank you, Mr. President, for being there to support our athletes. Too bad those little spoiled swimmers didn't seem to support Dara Torres after she worked so hard to make up for the time they lost in that swim race. When they see the tape, I'm sure they will realize how bad they were and especially how rude they looked to Dara Torres!

(thought bubble next to GW's head)..."It looks right to me!" Moto: The President only sees things from his vantage point! The rest of us see the truth.

So, no one else ever makes a mistake? Let's give him a break! I love the fact that he is in China supporting our athletes and representing our country. I enjoy the expression on his face. You can tell that he was genuinely proud of Michael's accomplishment!! I am too!

Well, Ill give him this. With all the screwed up politics, and politicians, at least he was the one smart enough to make himself billions more while he was in there. Id be proud of the people I had duped into voting me in twice as well, that still had the hearts to go out and beat the rest of the worlds arses!

But, in George's eyes, the flag is the right way...kind of a metaphor for his Presidency. From George's perspective, he did the right thing. It's just everybody else sees the world from the wrong angle.

A fitting reminder to all of us, this picture says it all "Hey ya'll look at me, I am goofy, Laura, I got it right, Look the blue field is to my left". Thank God, only 163 days left with Curious George and his Free Spending ways. Wait a second, how many days of vacation had in total? During his first term, he took well over 500 days, I'll bet that though he has been in office for slightly less than 8 years(Thank god) he must have taken 650+ days of vacation in those 8 years. Wow I want that job!

I would love to see any of you have to live with the world and idiots like you watching everything you do. What is the big issue anyway? I have seen plenty of people waving the flag and no one worries which way it is facing. i suspect that the issue Laura is helping him with is it is not fully unfolded. But he is still proud and looks very presidential, cheering for our country men and women. I think it was a very diplomatic trip, where the day before he entered China he chided them on civil rigths issues, and then he now lets the athletes take center stage. Bravo, Bush!

By the way, there is no proper way to display the flag while holding it and the location of the stars are depending on location, and direction. Which way is proper to wave a flag?

I am also proud that he is over there supporting our teams. Give the man a break!!! We are all human and we all make mistakes. I agree with most of what he has done as President. (I say most, because right now I cannot think of one thing that I don't agree with him on, but I'm sure there is something that I don't agree with him on.) It's the Demicrats that have driven the gas prices so high with their scare tactics and not allowing the USA to drill for our own oil!!!! I think as President of the USA he deserves to get out there and have a little a fun.

At lest he didn't slap what's her name's butt when she stuck in his face!!! You know that certian other Prsidents would have and they probably would have done more than just slap the butt, they probably would have grabbed it. I'm not saying he wasn't tempted, cause only he can answer that question, but he gave a tap to the small of her back with the back of his hand. I'm not entirely sure he should have done that much, but at least he didn't slap her butt.
