  • Competed in the 2004 Athens Games, finishing third in a 100 meters heat to make the second round, in which he posted a fourth-place finish to narrowly miss placing in the semifinals.

  • Followed with a strong 2005, finishing eighth at the European Indoor Championships in the 60m and winning the 100m and 200m at the Mediterranean Games.
